The 2025-2026 Academic Calendars are Now Available!!!
It’s that time of year again! Spring is springing in the norther hemisphere and that means it’s time for the academic planners to start launching. Which means it’s time for me to share the calendars for the 2025-2026 school year with you!
I’m really excited about the ones I’m sharing this year. Oh, who am I kidding, I’m always excited to be sharing printables with you. So I’ll stop my rambling and we can just jump right to it.
Tropical Paradise Collection
It may not have been my original plan to refresh another past collection for this year, but that’s what I ended up doing. I’m not complaining, refreshing older collections is a lot of fun. This year I’m bringing back the Tropical Paradise Collection.
It’s a fun design. Vibrant colours paired with fun fonts gives it a lighthearted feel. The calendars rotate through four colour pairings throughout the year while the matching printables use a combination of all them.
For those that don’t care for a lot of colour, these calendars also print well in greyscale.
Quick Tip for New Visitors
If this is your first time here, welcome! I just wanted to let you know that I try to make is super easy to download the printables.
All you have to do is click or tap the image of the one you want. Depending on your browser/device settings one of the following things will happen:
- the printable will open and you can print or download right from your browser
- the printable will automatically download to the location in your settings
- a dialog box will pop up asking where you would like to save the printable
All of my printables are available this way. If the image doesn’t bring you to the PDF of the printable, please reach out and let me know.
Now, on to the calendars.
2025-2026 Academic Calendars
Before we jump into the calendars I just wanted to take a quick moment to walk you through the options for the calendars. There are 16 options in total for you to choose from.
They include letter and half letter size in two layouts, two pages per month and a single page per month. In addition, you can also choose from a Sunday or Monday start day, and last year I added the option of having lined date boxes.
I hope these options help you find the right calendar for you.

That conclude the collection of new academic calendars. I do hope that you find one (or maybe more) that will fit your planning needs. And if academic calendars are not your jam, don’t worry. The 2026 dated calendars will be coming out right around the beginning of September.
