2019-2020 Academic Two Pages per Month Calendars!

The last batch of the academic calendars is here! We’re ending this with the 2019-2020 academic two pages per month calendars, and I am so excited to be sharing them with you today.

The two pages per month layout seems to be a staple in most planners these days. More room for planning and reminders make them incredibly practical. My goal is always to maximize practicality while still fitting in a little pretty and I hope that these ones reached that balance for you.

The academic two pages per month are a great fit for those who need some extra room in their monthly planning.

A few things to note before we jump to the calendars.

Just like with the single page monthly academic calendars, I made some changes to the layout this year. Please read the note in the half-size section for more information.

Like the other academic calendars I’ve shared this year, the academic two pages per month calendars come in both full and half-size and you also have your choice of a Sunday or Monday start day.

Are you ready to check them out?

2019-2020 Academic Two Pages Per Month Calendars

This is one of my favourite layouts for monthly planning. Every planner I use has a two pages per month calendar in it. I like having room to plan things out and to jot down notes and reminders, but still be able to clearly see what is written down.

A two page layout offers more room for the date boxes, which is great if you have a lot you need to plan for in a month or if you’re like me and have larger hand writing. Either way, you can’t go wrong with a two pay layout

Full-Size Versions

Printing Tip: There are two ways to print the full-size version double sided. If your printer duplexes, print pages 2 to 24 with your printer set to print double sided. Then print page one. OR print all the odd pages first, remove page one, then flip the pages to print the even pages on the back.

Half-Size Versions

This year, the half-size versions are not set up for double-sided printing. After an overwhelming number of requests to have them back to the old version, I decided to go back to the original layout for these. After the 2020 calendars are shared there will be some new monthly planning pages that have been designed specifically to be printed on the blank side of these ones.

This concludes the new set of dated calendars for the 2019-2020 academic year. As I mentioned above there are some new monthly pages coming out soon to go with the calendars.

Later in the year I’ll be sharing the matching daily and weekly planner pages. In the meantime, if there is a printable you need or would like to see sooner please click the link below and fill out the request form.

Every year, when I design the new calendars, I try to have fun with the design. It’s my chance to play and try new things. I’m always happy with the end result or I wouldn’t share them with you. If I had to pick a favourite one, I think these new designs would be it.

I’d love to hear your feedback. Drop me a line in the comments below and let me know what you think of the calendar design for this year.

  2. awww bummer, I like the double-sided versions. I know it’s tough. You can’t keep everyone happy. Thanks for making great printables all this time.

I loved last years 2 page layout but the days of the week and the numbers on this year’s are too small! For Ellie that wanted the front and back, just print the first page as single sided then the rest as two sided.
      Thanks for your great resources!

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond Christina. I will for sure take your feedback into consideration when I make next year’s calendars. I do agree, the numbers and days of the week are a little on the small side. I thought I’d give it a try this year and see what it was like but next year I’ll for sure be changing that.

Hi Ellie, it is hard trying to find that balance. If the calendars weren’t so time intensive to make I’d do both versions. It’s on my radar for next year but I can’t guarantee it.

  3. LOVE these calendars! I found your two pages per month 2018-2019 calendar last year in a pinch when I was trying to quickly put together my planner. I love that there is so much room to plan and add notes. I was so excited to see that you published a 2019-2020 version (printing it as I type)! Thank you for sharing these for free! It takes a lot of time to design these, and I am truly grateful.

I love these printables, but I want to print double-sided with a cover page for my year 2019-2020. My work uses the same calendar year as a school.

    1. ScatteredSquirrel says:

Hi Cari, the full-size will print double-side. Print pages 2-24 double sided and then print page one by itself. Then you’ll be able to add your cover page.
